针灸治疗更年期综合征的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察针刺结合艾灸疗法治疗更年期综合征的疗效。方法:将确诊为更年期综合征的60例门诊病人随机分配成两组,治疗组30人用针刺与艾灸结合治疗,对照组30人用针刺治疗。结果:2组治疗后Kupperman指数(MI)均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05),治疗组治疗后MI低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:针刺结合艾灸治疗能有效改善更年期综合征患者症状,与单纯针刺治疗相比有显著疗效。Objective： To investigate th-ecttrat-ive-e（fect of acupun-cture combinede with moxibustion on female climacteric syndrome. Methods：60outpatients diagnosed with menopausal syndrome were randomly assigned into two groups The treatment groups of 30 patients with a combination of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment.The control group of 30 people treated wi/h acupuncture.Resul：Themenopausal symptoms after treatment are significantly relieved in two groups （P〈0.05） .The was obvious difference between two groups on Kupperman index after treatment （P〈0.01） .Conclusions： Acupuncture combined with moxibustion treatment can effectively improve the symptoms of menopause syndrome and have progressive trend comparing with the acupuncture treatment.
