砭石热敷双肺俞配合穴位按摩在心脏术后呼吸道管理中的应用

摘　　要：目的：观察砭石热敷双肺俞配合穴位按摩在心脏术后患者呼吸道管理中的作用。方法：选择2012年6月~2014年6月广东省中医院大学城医院心外科行体外循环下心脏术后患者60例,观察组20例,空白对照组20例。穴位按摩对照组20例,空白对照组予常规护理及治疗,观察组在常规护理及治疗的基础上每天上下午予砭石热敷双肺俞20分钟后予穴位按摩。穴位按摩对照组在常规护理及治疗基础上每天上下午予穴位按摩,通过疗效评价指标,进行统计学分析,验证其临床疗效。结果：观察组各项指标优于其他组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。观察组住院时间明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论：砭石热敷双肺俞配合穴位按摩有助于心脏术后患者呼吸道感染的防治及缩短患者的住院时间。objective： to observe the stone needle hot compress douNe lung yu with point massage role in cardiac patients with postoperative respiratory managemer＋ Methods： in June 2012 - June 2014 guangdong hospital of the university hospital cardiac line of 60 patients with cardiac sulgery under exWdcorpor - circulation, observation group of 20 cases, blank control group of 20 cases. Point massage control group 20 cases, blank control group to the routine nursing and treatment, observation group on the basis of conventional nursing care and treatment of every afternoon for the stone needle on hot compress double lung yu to the acupuncture point massage 20 minutes. Point massage conlml group on the basis of routine nursing and treatment on every day in the attemoon to the acupuncture point massage, using accepted curative effect evaluation index, statistical analysis, validate the clinical curative effect. Results： the observation group of each index is superior to other groups, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.01）. Control the length of time significantly shorter than the controt group, the diffemace was statistically siigtificant （P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion： double lung yu stone needle hot compress with point massage helps to heart surgery patients with respiratory tract infection prevention and control and shorten the hospitalization time of patients.
