社区健康教育对糖尿病患者的影响分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨社区健康教育对糖尿病患者的影响效果。方法:应用问卷调查的方式,采用自身对照的研究方法,对64例Ⅱ型糖尿病患者在健康教育前、后对其进行糖尿病相关知识掌握程度和行为改变等情况的调查比较。结果:健康教育后,掌握糖尿病相关知识的患者人数明显上升;患者空腹、餐后2h血糖及糖化血红蛋白的监测值改善良好,对足部进行自觉护理的患者人数相对增加,以上这些指标与教育前进行比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通过实施有针对性、系统化的社区健康教育,可以有效提高糖尿病患者自我护理的意识和行为,减少糖尿病足等并发症的发生,提高患者的生活质量。Objective：To explore the effect of community health education on the impact of diabetes patients. Methods Application of the way of questionnaire investigation, using the research methods of own control, 64 cases of type II diabetic patients in before the health education, after the diabetes related knowledge level and behavior change situation of comparative investigation. Results：After the health education, to master the number of patients with diabetes related knowledge was significantly increased; fasting, postprandial blood glucose and glycated hemoglobin monitoring of 2H changes the value of the good, the number of patients with conscious nursing to foot relative increase, these indexes and education before the comparison, the difference was statistically significant （/〈0.05）. Conclusion：Through the implementation of community health education targeted, systematic, can effectively improve the self nursing of patients with diabetes awareness and behavior, reduce diabetic foot complications, improve patient quality of life.
