摘　　要：博尔坦斯基和希亚佩洛认为,资本主义是一个积累资本和价值增值的制度系统,它总是会包含剥削。为此,资本主义会受到各种批判,面对着资本主义批判,资本主义就需要不断地为自己辩护,提出新的资本主义精神。不断更新的资本主义精神会使人们自愿地把自己纳入资本主义制度系统中,从而使资本主义充满活力,这是资本主义维持自身的重要手段。Boltanski and Chiapello hold that capitalism is an institutional system with accumulation of capital and added value which always contains exploitation. To this end, capitalism will face all kinds of criticism and it should constantly defend for itself and propose new Spirit of capitalism. The updated spirit of capitalism can attract people voluntarily put themselves in the capitalist system, which is an important means of maintaining capitalism and keeping dynamic.
