摘　　要：苏南地区是江苏省经济较为活跃的地区,该地区的教育发展也较为迅速。在经济全球化及教育国际化背景下,苏南地区高校中外合作办学取得了显著成绩。从苏南地区高校中外合作办学的背景和现状入手,综合分析发现该地区高校中外合作办学存在引进国外课程资源"水土不服",合作专业过于集中,教育教学管理力度不够等问题。结合实际工作,针对性地提出加大制度环境建设,加强公共信息查询平台的建立与完善,强化合作办学项目的管理等建议。As an economically active region, southern Jiangsu has witnessed a rapid development in higher education. In the context of economic glohalization and internationalization of education, the universities in southern Jiangsu have made remarkable achievements in Sino-foreign cooperative education. Based on the relevant background and current situation, adopting the approach of survey and questionnaire, this paper makes an analysis of the problems facing the universities in southern Jiangsu in running programs of Sinoforeign cooperative education, such as acclimatization in the introduction of curricula in foreign universities, over-centralization of majors, inadequate education management, etc. Some suggestions are then put forward, such as making management policies, establishing public information search platform, and strengthening the management of programs.
