摘　　要：本文提出了地理信息科学专业发展的建议与策略。通过对这个专业发展面临的问题的分析,给出地理信息科学专业应遵循应用科学的教育理念,要长期采取培养空间思维的教学模式,人才培养上要分类别且要分层次的规范课程体系,要以技术水平认证来规范从业人员,要建立地理信息科学工作者申请教学或科研项目的保障机制和运行模式的结论。深入地探究了地理信息科学专业的建设与发展。This paper expounds some suggestions and strategies on the development of geographic information science. Through analyzing the problems in the development of this specialty, some education concepts of applied science are given to geographic in- formation science. What the concepts contain are that geographic information science should make long-term plans to take the teaching mode of training spatial thinking and establish classified and hierarchical standard curriculum system. And also geo- graphic information science should apply technology certification to standardize employees and establish safeguard mechanism and running mode for science workers who want to apply for teaching or scientific research project. This paper is aimed to deeply ex- plore the construction and development of geographic information science.
