摘　　要：本文对中部地区人力资源开发的相关问题进行了研究分析,重点研究了中部地区人力资源开发的基础资源、师资队伍、高水平平台等发展情况,为更好地推动中部地区人力资源开发提供意见和建议。This paper researches and analyzes the issues related to human resources development in the central region, focuses on the development of the basic resources, teaching staff and high-level platform of human resources development in the cen- tral region, aiming to provide suggestions for better promoting human resources development in the central region.
