科教结合形势下科研机构研究生培养模式的思考

摘　　要：本文介绍了国外研究生培养模式、我国古代人才培养方式以及我国研究生培养的发展过程,探讨了在科教结合形势下科研机构研究生培养方式的特点,并试图找到适应新形势要求的研究生培养方式,以便培养适应社会发展要求的高层次创新型科技人才。This paper introduces foreign postgraduate cultivation modes, China＇s ancient ways of talent cultivation and the devel- opment process of China＇s postgraduate cultivation, explores the characteristics of postgraduate cultivation ways in scientific re- search institutions under the situation of science-education com- bination, and attempts to find a postgraduate cultivation method suitable for the new situation, so as to cultivate high-level inno- vative and technical talents who meet social development.
