中医针药合用治疗小儿疳积的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察中医针药合用治疗小儿疳积的疗效。方法将159例小儿疳积患者随机分为治疗组80例和对照组79例。对照组给予参苓白术散口服治疗,治疗组在此基础上配合针灸疗法治疗,2个疗程后观察两组患者的疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为93.75%高于对照组的79.75%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论参苓白术散内服起到调理脾胃的功能,同时针灸疗法合用参苓白术散起到内外兼顾、标本兼治的作用,且无任何不良反应,是一种经济安全有效的治疗方案,值得临床进一步推广。Objective To observe the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture combined with medicine in the treatment of infantile malnutrition. Methods 80 cases of the treatment group and 79 cases in the control group of 159 cases of infantile malnutrition patients were randomly divided into. The control group was given Shenlingbaizhu powder oral therapy, the treatment group based on the combined with acupuncturetr eatment, observe the clinical curative effect of the two groups after 2 courses. Results The total effective rate was 93.75% higher than that of the control group and 79.75% treatment groups, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Shenlinghaizhu powder taken orally to spleen and stomach function, at the same time acupuncture therapy combined with Shenlingbaizhu powder plays the role of both internal and external,specimen and cure, and without any adverse reaction, is an economic and safe and effective therapy, it is worthy of further promotion.
