摘　　要：对采用BOF(转炉)-RH(真空循环脱气精炼)-CSP(薄板坯连铸连轧)流程生产的电工钢原料进行酸洗、连轧、连续退火和涂层,成功开发35W550薄规格冷轧无取向电工钢。所研制电工钢磁性性能,板形质量、表面质量和加工性能良好,能够满足EI电机制造行业的使用要求。Thin gauge 35W550 non-oriented electrical steel was developed through pickling,cold rolling,continuous annealing and coating of the material produced by the route of BOF steel-making,RH degassing,thinslab continuous casting and rolling（ TSCR）. The newly developed electrical steel has excellent magnetic properties,flatness,surface quality and machinability,which can satisfy the requirement of EI motor manufacturer.
