摘  要:随着炼钢﹣连铸技术的发展,钢铁新材料的不断涌现,对耐火材料的性能要求越来越高,"长寿化、无污染、功能化"新型耐火材料的应用不断增加,原有的耐火材料技术条件不能完全适应其发展。文章就炼钢-连铸用长寿命滑板砖、功能化连铸"三大件"及微膨胀高铝砖等新型耐火材料评价方法进行了探讨并提出了建议,对准确评价其各项性能具有一定的指导意义。With the development of steelmaking-continuous casting technology and continuous emergence of new steel products,requirements for refractory performance have become higher and higher. As the application of new refractory materials of "long life,no pol ution and functionality"increases,conventional refractory technologies cannot completely adapt to the new development. In this paper,the evaluation methods for new refractory materials such as the long-life skateboards brick for steelmaking and continuous casting,the functional"3 major items"for continuous casting and micro expansion high alumina brick are discussed. Some recommendations are also put forward,to provide some guidance for accurate evaluation of the performance of new refractory materials.
