摘　　要：目前,我国的管理人员素质较低,不具备新型的教育理念,我国高校教学管理工作中最重要的是建设教学管理队伍,高校应根据教学活动的规律与学生的实际情况,做好教学管理人员的分配工作,科学有序地分配各学科的教学,合理安排教学的先后顺序。只有加强高校的教学队伍的管理,才能使教学井然有序,进而提高高校的教学质量。本文作者分析了我国高校的教育现状,重点探讨了如何加强我国的教学管理队伍建设。At present, the quality of China＇s management staff is relatively low and they don＇t have newtype education ideas, so the most important thing of college teaching management in China is to construct a teaching management team. Colleges should follow the laws of teaching activities and students＇ practical situations, well distribute teaching management staff, scientifically allocate the teaching of different disciplines, and rationally arrange the sequence teaching. Only enhancing college teaching team management can teaching be orderly and college teaching quality be improved. The writer analyzes the current situation of college education in China, and focuses on how to enhance the teaching management team in China.
