摘　　要：当前大学生的自我管理能力的现状堪忧,大学生自我管理能力存在问题的主要原因与社会、家庭教育密不可分,从教育体制、高校管理理念、大学生自身特点和家庭观念等方面阐述了大学生自我管理能力培养的主要实现途径。The current situation of college students＇ self-regulation is not good and the problems arisen in college students＇ ability of self-regulation are closely related to the society and family. So this paper illustrates the main ways to cultivate the students＇ ability of self-regulation from the aspects of education system, university＇s management philosophy, college students＇ characteristics and family education conception.
