摘　　要：目的探究纤维支气管镜技术治疗ICU重症老年肺炎的效果。方法 68例ICU重症老年肺炎患者分别给予常规治疗与纤维支气管镜技术治疗。结果观察组退热时间、住院时间、总有效率优于对照组。结论纤维支气管镜技术治疗ICU重症老年肺炎效果显著。Objective To explore the fiberoptic bronchoscopy techniques in the treatment of severe pneumonia in the elderly ICU effect.Methods 68 cases of ICU patients with severe pneumonia in the elderly patients were given routine treatment and the treatment of fiberoptic bronchoscopy.Results The observation group defervescence time, hospitalization time, the total efficiency is better than that of the control group.Conclusion Fiberoptic bronchoscopy techniques in the treatment of severe pneumonia in the elderly ICU effect.
