探讨鼻内镜下不同整形术式治疗鼻中隔偏曲的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨并分析鼻内镜下不同整形术式治疗鼻中隔偏曲的临床疗效。方法选取本院就诊的鼻中隔偏曲患者共80例,随机分为对照组(应用鼻中隔矫正术)和观察组(应用改良鼻中隔矫正术),观察两组整形术式治疗鼻中隔偏曲的疗效情况。结果观察组总有效率100%显著高于对照组75%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用改良鼻中隔矫正术治疗鼻中隔偏曲的疗效优于常规鼻中隔矫正术,其具有创伤小、简便、愈合快、治愈率高等多项优势,值得推广使用。Objective To investigate and analyze the clinical efficacy of nasal endoscopic surgery under different treatment of deviation of nasal septum.Methods Select our hospital patients with deviation of nasal septum in 80 cases, were randomly divided into control group （treated with nasal septum correction） and observation group （Application of modified nasal septum surgery）, to observe the curative effect of two groups of surgery treatment of nasal septum deviation.ResultsThe total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of 100% and 75% in the control group, the difference was statisticaly significant （P〈 0.05）.Conclusion The application of modified nasal septum correction effect is superior to conventional treatment of nasal septum deviation of nasal septum corrected operation, it has less trauma, simple, fast healing, high cure rate, a number of advantages, is worthy to be popularized.
