摘　　要：目的探讨适时手术干预对术后胃无力症的治疗疗效。方法在非手术治疗的基础上,应用空肠造口灌注肠内营养联合胃造口引流治疗6例胃无力症,观察其临床疗效。结果适时的手术干预使6例患者均获得了治愈,未见有不良反应及并发症的发生。结论适时的手术干预能有效地治疗术后胃无力症,缩短病程,减轻患者痛苦。Objective To discuss the curative effect of timely operation intervention on postoperative gastric atony.MethodsOn the basis of non operation treatment, application of stoma of jejunum perfusion of enteral nutrition combined with gastric stoma drainage in the treatment of 6 cases of gastric atony, to observe its clinical curative effect.Results Timely operation intervention made 6 patients achieved healing, and no adverse reaction and complications.Conclusion Timely operation intervention. can effectively treat postoperative gastric atony, shorten the course and reduce the suffering of patients.
