氨苯砜、利福平、氯苯吩嗪联合治疗多菌型麻风病的临床分析

摘　　要：目的分析氨苯砜、利福平、氯苯吩嗪联合治疗多菌型麻风病的临床疗效。方法选取我院收治的多菌型麻风病患者48例,将其随机分为观察组(氨苯砜、利福平、氯苯吩嗪联合治疗)与对照组(单用氨苯砜治疗)。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组;且治疗1年、2年后,观察组平均细菌指数均低于对照组。结论多菌型麻风病患者采用氨苯砜、利福平、氯苯吩嗪联合治疗效果显著。Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of dapsone, Li Fuping, lamprene combined treatment of multibacilary leprosy.Methods 48 multibacilary leprosy patients in our hospital were selected, they were randomly divided into observation group （dapsone, rifampicin, clofazimine combined therapy） and control group （single dapsone treatment）.ResultsThe total efficiency of the observation group was higher than that of the control group; and 1 years of treatment, after 2 years, the average bacterial index of observation group were lower than the control group. Conclusion Multibacilary leprosy patients with clinical efficacy of dapsone, Li Fuping, lamprene combined treatment is significant.
