摘　　要：目的探究沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入剂治疗支气管哮喘的临床疗效。方法选取支气管哮喘患者87例,随机法分为对照组43例和观察组44例,对照组采用普米克气雾剂治疗,观察组采用沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入剂治疗。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率较对照组高(P<0.05)),数据比较差异具有统计学意义;两组患者不良反应发生率比较无明显差异(P>0.05),无统计学意义。结论支气管哮喘采用沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入剂治疗,临床疗效显著。Objective To explore clinical efficacy of Shah Mette Lo fluticasone propionate in the treatment of bronchial asthma.Methods A total of 87 cases of patients with bronchial asthma, were randomly divided into control group of 43 cases and 44 cases in the observation group,the control group was treated with Pulmicort aerosol agent,observation group were treated with fluticasone propionate in the treatment of Shah Mette Lo.Results Patients in the observation group the total effective rate is higher than the control group（P〈 0.05）,statisticaly significant differences between two groups of data;the incidence rate of adverse reaction had no significant difference（P 〉 0.05）,no statistical significance.Conclusion Bronchial asthma by Shah Mette Lo fluticasone therapy,clinical curative effect.
