中医“治未病”在社区卫生服务中的应用

摘　　要：目的分析中医"治未病"在社区卫生服务中的应用。方法将中医"治未病"的内容与健康教育相融合,建立社区居民健康档案,并给予中医理论的体质辨识;按照体质情况对社区慢性病患者分别指导;并将中医适宜技术应用于基本医疗服务中。结果体质辨识结果,平和性和气虚型居多,其次为阳虚型和阴虚型,特禀型所占比例最低,与高血压患者中医分型结果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。应用"治未病"后,高血压患者收缩压和舒张压均降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医"治未病"在社区卫生服务中的应用能够改善人们对疾病的预防,值得推广。Objective To analyze the application of “preventive treatment of disease” in community health service.Methods To combine the content of preventive treatment of disease in TCM and health education, establish community health records, give the physical identification of traditional Chinese medicine theory, guide the patients with chronic diseases according to the physical condition, and the Chinese medicine appropriate technology can apply in the basic medical service.Results In the physical identification, peace and Qi deficiency type was most, followed by Yang deficiency and Yin deficiency type, the specific endowment type had the lowest percentage. There had no statistical significance in hypertension patients compared with the TCM typing results（P ＆gt; 0.05）. Application of “preventive treatment of disease”, the systolic and diastolic blood pressure in hypertension patients were decreased, there had statistical significance（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion Application of “preventive treatment of disease” in community health service can improve people for disease prevention, it is worthy of promotion.
