摘　　要：目的观察逍遥八珍汤加味治疗肝郁血虚型产褥期抑郁症的临床疗效。方法 100例肝郁脾血型产褥期抑郁症患者随机分为各50例的治疗组和对照组,治疗组口服逍遥八珍汤加味,连续治疗8个疗程。对照组口服氟西汀,共8周。结果治疗组和对照组的总有效率分别为94%和92%,不良反应发生率为6%和40%。结论逍遥八珍汤加味治疗肝郁血虚型产褥期抑郁症疗效确切,不良反应少,值得临床推广。Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of xiaoyao bazhen decoction in treatment of liver blood deficiency type of puerperal depression. Methods100 cases of liver blood deficiency type of puerperal depression were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 50 cases in each group. The treatment group received xiaoyao bazhen decoction, 7 days for a course, continuous treatment of 8 courses. The control group was given fluoxetine, a total of 8 weeks. Results In treatment group and control group, the total effective rate were 94% and 92%, the incidence rate of adverse reaction were 6% and 40%.Conclusion Effect of Xiaoyao bazhen decoction in treatment of liver blood deficiency type of puerperal depression is accurate, with less adverse reaction, it is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
