溃结康胶囊治疗溃疡性结肠炎128例临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨溃结康胶囊治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效。方法选取我院就诊的溃疡性结肠炎患者共128例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各64例,对照组患者入院之后给予SASP常规治疗;观察组患者使用溃结康胶囊进行治疗。结果观察组总有效率为87.5%;对照组患者总有效率为57.8%,观察组患者治疗总有效率和痊愈率要明显高于对照组患者,组间治疗效果比较具有明显差异,P<0.05。结论临床上在治疗溃疡性结肠炎时,可以采用溃结康胶囊治疗,能有效改善患者治疗效果,提高预后质量,获得非常理想的治疗效果,值得在临床上大力推广。Objective To investigate the clinical effects of Kuijiekang capsule in the treatment of ulcerative colitis.MethodsIn our hospital for treatment of ulcerative colitis patients with a total of 128 cases were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 64 cases in each group, patients in the control group were given SASP after conventional treatment; the patients in the observation group were treated with Decoction of Kuijiekang capsule.Results The total effective rate of observation group was 87.5%; the total effective rate of control group was 57.8%, the total efficiency of the observation group and the cure rate was significantly higher than that of patients in the control group, treatment group comparison has the obvious difference,P〈 0.05.Conclusion In the clinical treatment of ulcerative colitis, can bear the Kang Capsule in the treatment of ulcer can effectively improve the treatment effect, improve the prognosis and quality, obtain the ideal treatment effect, is worth popularizing in clinic.
