留置中心静脉导管治疗恶性胸腔积液临床护理体会

摘　　要：目的：对留置中心静脉导管治疗恶性胸腔积液的临床护理方法以及护理效果进行分析，并对护理体会进行总结。方法选取于2013年4月~2015年3月期间在我院接受留置中心静脉导管治疗治疗的56例恶性胸腔积液患者，将患者随机分为对照组和观察组进行对照研究，观察并比较常规护理和围手术期的临床效果。结果对照组患者的置管时间和患者住院时间平均为（19.7±4.3）d和（22.2±5.5）d；观察组患者分别为（14.3±3.4）d和（16.4±4.1）d，差异显著，有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论对采用留置中心静脉导管治疗的恶性胸腔积液患者采用围手术期护理能够取得显著的效果，能够显著缩短置管时间和患者住院时间，值得推广应用。Objective Clinical nursing method and its effect of indweling central venous catheter in treatment of malignant pleural effusion are to be studied and such a nursing experience is to be summarized.Methods Choose 56 patients with malignant pleural effusion who are treated in hospital from April 2013 to March 2015 and separate them into control group and study group at random which are given conventional nursing and perioperative nursing respectively; then compare patients’ nursing effects between two groups.Results Patients’ catheter indweling time and patients’ average hospitalization days are （19.7±4.3） d and （22.2±5.5）d respectively in control group; while, patients’ catheter indweling time and patients’ average hospitalization days are （14.3±3.4）d and （16.4±4.1）d respectively in study group; there is a treatment differential between two groups and such a differential has statistic value （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion As for indweling central venous catheter treatment of malignant pleural effusion, perioperative nursing is effective to reduce patients’ catheter indweling time and patients’ hospitalization days, thus, such a nursing method is quite worthwhile to be promoted and applied.
