综合护理干预对肺癌放疗患者的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨综合护理干预对肺癌放疗患者生活质量的影响。方法选取2013年1月至2014年12月期间在我院放疗的64例肺癌患者的临床资料进行回顾性总结,随机将全部患者分为观察组(32例)和对照组(32例),对照组患者实施常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上进行综合护理干预,放疗结束后对两组患者的生活质量及对护理的满意度进行比较。结果观察组的生活质量评分均明显高于对照组,P<0.05;观察组的满意度明显高于对照组,P<0.05。结论对肺癌放疗的患者进行综合护理干预可明显改善患者的生活质量,提高对护理服务的满意度。ObjectiveTo investigate the effects of nursing intervention on the life quality of lung cancer patients treated with radiotherapy. Methods The clinical data of 64 lung cancer patients treated with radiotherapy in our hospital from January 2013 to December 2014 were collected and analyzed retrospectively. The patients were randomly divided into two groups, namely, the observation group and the control group, with 32 cases in each. Routine care was provided to patients in the control group, while comprehensive nursing intervention was given to the patients in the observation group on the basis of routine care. After radiotherapy, the life quality and satisfaction degree toward nursing service were compared between patients in the two groups.ResultsThe life quality of patients in the observation group scored much higher than that of the control group,P〈 0.05. The satisfaction degree of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,P〈 0.05.Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention for lung cancer patients treated with radiotherapy can significantly improve the life quality of patients and improve their satisfaction degree toward nursing service.
