探讨气管切开术后患者剧烈咳嗽的原因及护理措施

摘　　要：目的：探讨气管切开术后患者剧烈咳嗽的原因及护理措施。方法：回顾性分析气管切开术后剧烈咳嗽患者80例。结果：发现气管切开患者剧烈咳嗽的原因与吸痰操作不当等七个因素有关。结论：气管切开术后针对剧烈咳嗽的原因采取相应的护理措施，可以有效的减轻病人的疼痛，提高治愈率。Objective： To explore the causes and nursing after tracheotomy in patients with severe cough measures. Methods： a retrospective analysis of 80 cases of patients with severe cough after tracheotomy. Results： it was found that the cause of tracheotomy in patients with severe cough and sputum improper operation of seven relevant factors. Conclusion： after tracheotomy for cause of acute cough and take corresponding nursing measures, can reduce the patient＇s pain effectively, improve the cure rate.
