机械通气的COPD患者舒适护理效果和方法的探讨

摘　　要：目的：探讨机械通气的COPD患者舒适护理效果和方法。方法：对56例正在机械通气COPD患者随机分成观察组和对照组各28例，观察组和对照组分别采用舒适护理和传统护理方式，对两组的焦虑程度观察比较，护理满意度方面结果有无明显差异。结果：实施舒适护理干预后，观察组焦虑程度明显轻于对照组，护理质量满意度为89％，明显高于对照组（P〈O．05），有统计学意义。结论：COPD病人机械通气时应用舒适护理具有重要的临床意义，值的临床推广。Objective： To investigate the effects of mechanical ventilation in patients with COPD and the effect of comfortable nursing method. Methods： 56 cases of COPD patients with mechanical ventilation were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 28 cases in each group, the observation group and the control group respectively with comfortable nursing and conventional nursing, observe and compare the degree of anxiety in two groups, nursing satisfaction results have no significant difference. Results： the implementation of comfortable nursing intervention, the anxiety level of the observation group were significantly lighter than the control group, the quality of nursing satisfaction was 89%, significantly higher than the control group （P〈0.05）, there was statistical significance. Conclusion： the application of COPD has important clinical significance for patients with mechanical ventilation and comfortable nursing, clinical value.
