摘　　要：目的探讨破裂腹主动脉瘤在急诊抢救室的急救护理策略及措施。方法回顾我科自2005年1月至2013年12月接诊的15例破裂腹主动脉瘤患者的临床资料,分析破裂腹主动脉瘤的病程特点,总结在急诊抢救室的观察要点及护理措施。结果 11例手术全部顺利完成,病死率27%(3/11)。结论护理人员只有全面了解破裂性腹主动脉瘤的临床特点,进行有效的抢救配合,采取适当的护理措施,才能最大限度地挽救患者的生命。Objective To explore the emergency nursing strategy and practical measures for patients with ruptured abdominal aortic aneurysm（RAAA） in emergency room. Methods The clinical data of 15 cases with RAAA who encountered in emergency room from Jan 2005 to Dec 2013 were analyzed retrospectively; the nursing points and nursing strategy were summarized. Results 11 cases were completed successfully, the mortality rate within 30 days was 27%（3/11）. Conclusion For nursing staff, it is important of comprehensively understanding the clinical feature of ruptured abdominal aortic aneurysm, carrying out effective rescue and coordination and taking appropriate nursing measures to save the patients as far as possible.
