摘　　要：压敏电阻与PTC热敏电阻配合使用,利用压敏电阻过电压时产生的电流和温度使热敏电阻响应迅速,利用热敏电阻阻值上升对电压和电流的影响,反过来对压敏电阻进行保护,从而组成电源的保护电路。本文综述了在荧光灯预热启动、电能仪表、LED驱动电源、通信保安单元等中的应用。The varistor is used in conjunction with tile PTC thermistor The current and temperature produced by the over-voltage of the varistor makes the thcrmistor response plomptly. In return, the influence of the increasing resistance of the thernlistor on voltage and current can protect the varistor. As a result, power＇ s protective circuit is formed. This paper analyzcs its application in prehcating start of fluorescent lamp, power meter, LED-driven powet, comnlunication security unit.
