摘 要:随着通信设备处理数据能力的不断增加,其功能也在不断强大,其产品的PCB布局时器件密度也越来越高,需要采用负载点电源模块(低压非隔离式DC-DC电源模块)来节省PCB空间,但市场上许多标准负载点电源模块,在性能上并不满足高档多核DSP、超大规模FPGA、64位通信专用微处理器对电源的要求,例如输出电压的精度,带容性负载的能力等等。本文分析了通信设备电源供电的性能特点及目前负载点电源模块设计中遇到各种问题,并给出了相关的解决方案。With the development of communication equipment for processing data capacity continues to increase, its functionhas also been strong, PCB layout of their products when the device density are also more and more high, needs to use the POL power module (low pressure non isolated DC-DC power module) to save PCB space, but many on tile market standard for low voltage non isolated DC-DC power module in the performance does not meet the requirements of high-grade, multi-core DSP, ultra large scale FPGA, 64 bit microprocessor of special communication power supply, such as output voltage accuracy, with a capacity of load etc.. This paper analyzes theperformce characteristics of power communication equipment power and the power module design of low voltage BUCK encounter various problems, and gives relevant solutions.
