摘  要:为实现电磁发射器的连续发射,提出了一种新型的一体化结构弹丸及连续发射器,并通过动态仿真和发射实验相结合的方法,对连续发射过程进行了研究。仿真结果表明:间隔时间过短会对弹丸的动态性能起到负面影响,适当增大间隔时间,不但可以控制弹丸的射速,还能提高发射效率。实验得到的结果表明:间隔时间为25ms时,发射器的平均射速为2 609发/min;间隔为10 ms时,发射器的平均射速为3 488发/min;提出的连续发射系统的射速还有进一步提高的空间。To realize continuous firing with electromagnetic launchers, we put forward a new type of integrated projectile along with a continuous firing electromagnetic launcher, the launching process of which was then studied through dy- namic numerical simulation and launching experiments. The simulations indicated that the interval between pulse trigger signals can't be too short, or it will affect the dynamic performance of projectiles negatively; an appropriately enlarged irherval not only enables the control of fire rate but also improves launch efficiency. The experimental results show that the average firing rate of the launcher system reaches 2 609 and 3 488 entries per minute when the intervals are 25 ms and 10 ms respectively, and it could be further increased.
