摘 要:为改进550 k V气体绝缘金属封闭开关设备(GIS)内的隔离开关,计算分析了隔离开关与电机操动机构的运动及动力配合特性,得到触头运动过程与摆角电机转角的对应关系。隔离开关触头运动速度主要取决于电机操动机构的转动速度,根据隔离开关触头运动过程可控化的要求,利用有限元数值方法,建立了摆角电机电、磁、机械耦合场数学模型,计算分析其动态特性,研制了速度可控的摆角电机及其调速控制系统样机。通过对多传感器输出信号的实时采集,利用自适应比例积分微分控制策略对动触头的运动速度进行实时调节。进行了550 k V GIS隔离开关电机操动机构的常规分合闸操作,分合闸速度分别达到1.1 m/s和1.2 m/s,满足隔离开关的性能要求。在此基础上,开展了隔离开关合闸调速实验,通过调节电机绕组电流,实现了触头速度0.9~1.2 m/s的变化。操动机构具有良好的可控性,为通过调节触头运动速度以减小击穿次数并抑制快速暂态过电压(VFTO)的幅值奠定了基础。To improve the disconnector for 550 kV gas insulated switchgear (GIS), we calculated and analyzed the motion and dynamical coordination of disconnector and motor operating mechanism, and obtained a relationship between contact motion and motor rotation. The speed of disconnector contact is determined on rotate speed of motor operating mechan- ism. According to the controllable requirements of disconnector contacts' movement, we established an electromagnetic-mechanical coupled model of pendular motor using the finite element method, calculated the pendular motor's dynamic characteristics, and developed a speed-adjustable pendular motor and its speed control system. By ac- quiring multi-signal from sensors, the adaptive PID control strategy was used to regulate the speed of contact. Moreover, we carried out routine open and closing tests of a 550 kV GIS disconnector with motor operating mechanism. The dis- connector had open and closing speeds of 1.1 rn/s and 1.2 m/s, respectively, meeting the requirements of disconnector. Furthermore, we conducted regulating speed test of disconnector, in which the contact speed was adjustable from 0.9 m/s to 1.2 m/s by regulating the currents in motor winding. The results verify the good controllability of the proposed me- chanism, and lay a foundation for decreasing numbers of breakdown and suppressing VFTO by regulating contact speed.
