摘　　要：以商业目的的统方是医疗回扣存在的重要渠道,也是导致医疗价格虚高,加重患者看病难、看病贵的原因之一,更是医药行业腐败现象的重要根源,严重影响了正常的医疗秩序,也对社会造成了不良影响。因此,防统方管理成为医院在治理医药购销领域商业贿赂工作中的重要手段。本文通过分析商业目的统方形成的原因、危害,探讨在医疗管理中减少和杜绝商业目的统方的有效途径,进一步有效治理医药购销领域中的商业贿赂。Statistics on prescriptions for commercial purpose is an important way of medical rebate and has be-come one reason of the falsely high price of medication,the difficulty and high cost of getting medical service. That is also the key source of corruption of the pharmaceutical industry and destroyed normal medical buying and selling order seriously. The phenomena have brought about bad effect in the society. The management of against statistics on prescriptions has become an important means of stopping medical bribery.The article analyzed the reasons and results of Statistics on prescriptions for commercial purpose,and studied the effective ways of reducing the phenomena in medical management and furthered to administer corruption effec-tively in the field of medical buying and selling order.
