摘  要:在实验室制备的室温自交联环氧酯的基础上,通过溶液聚合反应,将自交联功能单体N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺和丙烯酸类单体接枝到环氧酯分子链中,中和乳化后制备出单组分室温双重自交联水性环氧丙烯酸树脂乳液。通过研究接枝温度和引发剂用量对单体转化率和接枝率以及乳液外观的影响,确定了最优工艺条件。通过考察环氧酯的酯化度和N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺用量对乳液稳定性和树脂涂膜性能的影响来研究这种环氧丙烯酸树脂的双重自交联效果。研究结果表明,当酯化度达到100%,N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺用量为4%时,制备的双重自交联水性环氧丙烯酸树脂乳液具有良好的稳定性,其涂膜固化后具有优异的物理机械性能和耐化学腐蚀性能。On the basis of self-crosslinking epoxy ester prepared by our lab before,the epoxy ester was modified by graft copolymerization using NMA as self-crosslinking monomer,which was neutralized to form a one-component ambient double self-crosslinking waterborne epoxy-acrylate resin emulsion.The optimum reaction conditions were confirmed by studying on the influence of graft temperature and BPO content on the conversion rate and grafting rate.The self-crosslinking effect was investigated by studying the influence of esterification degree and content of NMA on emulsion stability and the properties of film.The results showed that the emulsion had good storage stability and the film possessed excellent performance when esterification degree was 100% and NMA content was 4%.
