摘 要:以光学级聚碳酸酯和荧光粉为原料,制备了聚碳酸酯基荧光转换膜。借助紫外可见近红外光谱分析系统对其荧光性能进行了测试,研究了荧光粉的浓度和驱动电流对荧光性能的影响。结果表明:荧光粉的浓度与荧光转换膜的荧光转换效率成反比关系,与光通量成正比关系,且存在最优值,驱动电流与光通量满足线性关系,荧光转换膜在不同电流驱动条件具有稳定的光色性能。研究结果对于实际应用具有参考意义。Phosphor conversion film based on polycarbonate was prepared by optical grade polycarbonate and phosphor.Fluorescence properties were characterized by ultraviolet visible near infrared spectroscopy analysis system.The effects of concentration of phosphor and driving current on the fluorescence properties were studied.The results showed that:the phosphor concentration and fluorescence conversion efficiency was inversely proportional,while proportional to the flux,and existed the optimal value.The driving current and luminous flux with a linear relationship.The film had stable photochromic properties in different current driving conditions.The research results had reference significance for practical application.
