插层复合型三元乙丙橡胶密封圈的低温密封性能研究

摘　　要：插层复合型三元乙丙橡胶密封材料因其优良的耐老化性、密封性而被用作特殊部件用包装容器的常用密封材料。利用含O型橡胶密封圈的密封装置,采用密封箱内压力监测法对插层复合型三元乙丙橡胶密封圈的低温（-50℃、-55℃、-60℃）密封性能进行了试验研究,研究结果表明,通过密封结构的合理设计,插层复合型三元乙丙橡胶密封圈在-60℃~常温的密封性能优良。EPDM composites by intercalation were the usual sealing materials of especial containers because of its excellent aging and sealing properties.The sealing properties of seal structure containing O-ring were studied by means of pressure observation of machanical seal in low tempreture of-50℃,-55℃,-60℃respectively.It was suggested that the Oring seal of EPDM intercalation composites had excellent sealing properties between-60℃ and room temperature.
