摘　　要：随着移动互联网的普及和智能手机的不断发展进步,手机APP因其迅速、便于利用等特点得到了广泛的传播和利用。不仅商业APP,也有越来越多的政府部门开始开发并使用APP。同时,在档案学研究领域,档案数字化的进程也在进行中。本文以此为背景,首先简单介绍了APP的概念,之后提出公共档案馆可开发APP手机服务的基础,接下来具体叙述了关于公共档案馆可以开发哪些手机服务及这些服务的具体内容,从而进一步发挥公共档案馆不仅作为政府部门,还能作为公共服务机构发挥社会作用的理论构想。With the popularity of mobile Internet and the continuous development of smart phones, mobile phone APP is now widely spread by its feature of rapid, convenient use. Not only commercial APP, more and more government departments begin to develop and use the APP. At the same time, in the field of archival science research, archives digitization process is also in progress. Based on this background, this article simply introduces the APP and proposes the foundation that could develop APP mobile service by public archives, and details archives theory conception that what kind of mobile services public archives could develop and further put the function of public archives into full play.
