基于情报学视角的科学研究第四范式需求分析

摘　　要：本文从情报学的视角出发,分析科学研究第四范式中数据需要达到什么样的标准才满足科学研究发展的需求。其中,在数据层通过对数据状态的分析,采用数据调查的方法,从中抽取数据的特征,构建数据状态在空间维、时间维和状态维的三维模型。在信息层,依据信息组织对象、方式和支持技术的变化,分析科学研究第四范式在信息层的需求。在知识层,从用户服务的角度出发,分析其在服务方面的需求。最后,在前面分析的基础上总结科学研究第四范式要解决的问题,即科学研究第四范式的需求。From the perspective of intelligence science, the paper analyzes which kind of data could meet the needs of the fourth paradigm. In the data layer, through analysis of the state of the data, the author uti- lizes data survey method and extracts the characteristics of the data. Then the author builds a three-di- mensional model in the spatial dimension, time dimension and relation dimension. In the information lay- er, based on the changes in objects, method and supporting technologies of information organization, the author analyzes the needs of the fourth paradigm in the information layer. In the service layer, from the perspective of user services, the author analyzes its needs in services. Finally, on the basis of the previous analysis, the author summarizes the problems to solve of the fourth paradigm, also named its needs.
