摘 要:应用光学显微镜、扫描电镜、X射线衍射仪等研究了稀土铈对高碳高硼钢微观组织和性能影响的机理。结果表明,稀土铈的添加能显著提高高碳高硼钢的冲击韧性,同时可提高材料的磨损性能,但对硬度的影响不大。微观组织分析表明,其主要作用机理是稀土铈的存在可使高碳高硼钢中鱼骨状硼碳化物基本消失,大部分羽毛状硼碳化物熔断,粒状硼碳化物增多,硼碳化物分布更加均匀,初生奥氏体晶粒明显细化。The influence of Ce on the microstructure and the properties of high-carbon high-boron steel(HCHBS) were investigated by optical microscopy(OM),scanning electronic microscopy(SEM),and X-ray diffraction(XRD).The results indicate that the impact toughness and the wear resistance of the HCHBS can be significantly enhanced by adding of Ce,whereas the addition of Ce has no obvious effect on hardness.After being modified by Ce,the primary austenite grains of the HBHBS are greatly refined and most of the fishbone-like and lamellar borocarbides transform into blocky and granular borocarbides;meanwhile,the distribution of borocarbides becomes more uniform.
