摘　　要：目的:探讨妊娠合并乙型肝炎患者乙肝五项定量与HBV-DNA检测结果的相关性。方法:将264例妊娠合并乙型肝炎患者纳入肝炎组,同时选择92例健康孕妇纳入对照组,对所有研究对象进行乙肝五项定量与HBV-DNA的检测,分析两种检测结果的相关性。结果:不同乙肝五项检测结果患者HBV-DNA的比较中,大三阳(HBs Ag+、HBe Ag+、HBc Ab+)患者HBV-DNA阳性率以及定量水平均显著高于其他患者(P<0.05),其次为(HBs Ag+、HBe Ag+)患者;对照组孕妇乙肝五项定量与HBV-DNA均为阴性。HBV-DNA阳性患者HBs Ag、HBe Ag、HBc Ag定量水平显著高于HBV-DNA阴性患者(P<0.05),HBs Ab、HBe Ab定量水平则显著低于HBV-DNA阴性患者(P<0.05)。乙肝五项定量与HBV-DNA均存在显著相关关系(P<0.05)。结论:乙肝五项定量与HBV-DNA均可以反映HBV病毒复制的活跃性以及乙肝的进展情况,两种检测方法存在显著的相关性,可以同时检测判断患者的病情及治疗的效果。Objective： To investigate the correlation between five quantitative hepatitis B and HBV - DNA resuhs in pregnant pa- tients with hepatitis B. Methods： 264 cases of pregnancy with the hepatitis B with treatment were divided into hepatitis group, 92 healthy pregnant women were selected into the control group at the same time. All the objects were detected five quantitative hepatitis B and HBV -DNA detection, the correlation of two kinds of test results was analyzed. Results： Among the different five test results of hepatitis B, HBV - DNA positive rate and quantitative level of patients with big3 positive antigen （ HBsAg ＋, HBeAg ＋, HBcAb ＋） were significantly higher than those of the other patients （ P〈0. 05 ）, followed by HB- sag ＋ and HBeAg ＋ patients. Five quantitative detection and HBV - DNA were negative in control group. HBsAg, HBeAg, HBcAg quanti- tative levels were significantly higher in patients with positive HBV - DNA than those of HBV - DNA negative patients （ P〈0. 05 ）, and HB- sAb, HBeAb quantitative levels were significantly lower than those of HBV - DNA negative patients （ P〈0. 05）. Five quantitative hepatitis B and HBV - DNA exists significant correlation. Conclusion ： Both ire quantitative detection of hepatitis B and HBV - DNA can reflect the activity of HBV virus replication and the progress of hepatitis B, there is significant correlation between two kinds of detection method, which can assess the effect of the patient＇s condition and treatment co-detection of two kinds of method at the same time.
