摘  要:采用粉末冶金法制得了SiCp/A1复合材料,同时研究了SiCp/A1复合材料的制备工艺和SiCp体积分数对Al基复合材料耐磨性能的影响。结果表明:对SiCp进行预处理和混料2h有助于提高混料的均匀性;40MPaaNT得到的复合坯具有较好的致密度和强度;同一压强下制备的复合坯在相同的摩擦条件下随着SiCp体积分数的增加,样品的磨损量依次减少;同时在增大制备压力后获得更好的硬度,也能减小材料的磨损量和降低摩擦系数的波动。Using powder metallurgy obtained SiCp reinforced aluminum matrix composites, researched the preparation technology of SiCp reinforced aluminum matrix composites and the SiCp volume fraction effects on wear resistance of aluminum matrix composites. Experimental results show that: the pretreatment of SiCp and mixing two hours contribute to improve the homogeneity of mixing; the composite slab under 40MPa have ideal density and strength; under the condition of the same fric- tion, the wear extent of composite slab under the same pressure reduce in turn with the increase of SiCp volume fraction. ; meanwhile, the better hardness by increasing the pressure of preparation can also reduce the wear of materials and the fluctua- tion of friction coefficient.
