摘  要:利用光学金相显微镜和透射电镜对某厂中厚板产线生产的6mm厚Q345qD钢板冲击韧性不合格的原因进行了分析,同时调查分析了不合格钢板的生产工艺数据。结果表明:引起冲击韧性不合的原因有以下几点:一是钢板精轧阶段终轧温度偏低;二是钢板取样不规范,取样位置太靠近舌头舌尾。The optical metallographic microscope and transmission electron microscope (sem) were used to analyze the cause of unqualified in impact toughness for 6ram thick Q345qD steel plate of medium heavy plate production line, at the same time the production process data were investigated and analyzed. The results showed that: the reason of the unqualified was the following several points. The first was that the finishing rolling temperature of precision rolling stage was lower; the sec- ond was that the sampling was not standardized, the sampling location in the plate was too close to the head or tail of the plate.
