摘　　要：目的：研究分析习惯性流产患者血清转移生长因子-β1（TGF-β1）、抗子宫内膜抗体（EmAb）、肿瘤坏死因子α（TNF-α）及红细胞免疫、细胞免疫的变化情况。方法：选取2011年9月-2013年7月该院收治的37例习惯性流产患者为观察组，并以同期的37例健康育龄妇女为对照组，然后将两组的血清TGF-β1、EmAb、TNF-α及红细胞免疫、细胞免疫指标水平进行检测与比较，同时比较观察组中早期与晚期、原发性与继发性患者的检测水平。结果：观察组的血清TGF-β1、EmAb、CD4＋、CD4／CD8、CD56＋及免疫黏附促进因子（FEER）、红细胞C3b受体（RBC—C3bR）、免疫黏附肿瘤细胞（RIT）高于对照组，血清TNF-α及CD8＋则低于对照组，而早期与晚期习惯性流产患者之间差异均有统计学意义（均P〈0．05），而原发性与继发性患者之间差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论：习惯性流产患者存在明显的血清TGF-β1、EmAb、TNF-α及红细胞免疫、细胞免疫的异常，且早期与晚期患者之间存在明显的差异。Objective： To study and analyze the change state of serum TGF-β1, EmAb, TNF-α and erythrocyte immunity, cel- lular immunity of patients with habitual abortion. Methods： 37 patients with habitual abortion in our hospital from September 2011 to July 2013 were selected as observation group, 37 healthy fertile woman at the same time were selected into control group, then the serum TGF-β1, EmAb, TNF-α and erythrocyte immunity, cellular immunity of two groups were detected and compared and the detection levels of ob- servation group with early and late abortion, primary and secondary abortion were compared. Results： The serum TGF-β1, EmAb, CD4＋, CD4/CD8, CD56＋ and FEER, RBC-C3bR, RIT of observation group were all higher than those of control group, serum TNF-α and CD8 ＋ were lower than those of control group, and those indexes of patients with early and late habitual abortion all had obvious differences, all P〈0.05, there were all significant differences, while those indexes of patients with primary and secondary abortion had no obvious differ- ences, all P〉0. 05. Conclusion： The serum TGF-β1, EmAb, TNF-α and erythrocyte immunity, cellular immunity of patients with habit- ual abortion are all abnormal and the patients with early and late habitual abortion have obvious differences.
