摘　　要：目的探讨快速康复护理模式对腹腔镜下结肠癌手术患者胃肠功能恢复的影响。方法选取2012年1月至2014年11月间收治的67例结肠癌患者,所有患者均接受手术治疗,按照临床试验数字随机的原则将患者分为两组,其中快速康复护理组35例,采用快速康复护理模式进行护理;常规护理组32例,采用常规的护理模式进行护理。观察比较两组患者胃肠功能恢复情况。结果与常规护理组比较,快速康复护理组患者的禁食时间、肠鸣音恢复时间、首次排气时间及排便时间均显著缩短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);快速康复护理组患者的住院费用及住院时间明显减少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者护理干预前营养风险评分相似,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理干预后快速康复护理组营养风险评分低于常规护理组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论快速康复护理模式可促进腹腔镜下结肠癌手术患者胃肠功能的恢复,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the effects of rapid rehabilitation nursing mode on the recovery of gastrointestinal function in the patients underwent laparoscopic colonic carcinomas operation. Methods Sixty-seven patients with colon cancer from January 2012 to November 2014 were selected. All patients un- derwent laparoscopic colonic carcinomas operation, and were randomly divided into rapid rehabilitation nurs- ing group （n = 35, patients received rapid rehabilitation nursing） and conventional nursing group （n = 32, patients received conventional nursing）. Gastrointestinal function recovery in two groups were observed. Re- sults Compared with conventional nursing group, fasting time, recovery time of bowel sounds, the first ex- haust time and defecation time of rapid rehabilitation nursing group were significantly shortened, and the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ） ; hospital cost and hospital time of rapid rehabilitation nursing group were significantly reduced, with significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; Before nursing interven- tion, nutritional risk score in two groupswere similar, and the difference was not statistically significant （ P 〉 0.05 ） ; while after nursing intervention, nutritional risk score rapid rehabilitation nursing group was lower than that in conventional care group, and the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Con- clusion Fast rehabilitation nursing mode can promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function in patients underwent laparoscopic colonic carcinomas operation, and it is worthy of promotion.
