摘　　要：目的探讨围术期舒适护理对老年食管癌患者术后并发症及护理满意度的影响。方法选择2010年6月至2014年6月间诊治的98例老年食管癌手术患者,根据随机数字法分为对照组(围术期常规护理)和观察组(围术期舒适护理),每组49例,观察和比较两组患者术后恢复、并发症发生率和护理满意度。结果与对照组相比,观察组术后进食时间、引流管插管时间、住院时间均明显缩短(P<0.05),术后并发症发生率显著降低(P<0.05),护理满意度明显提高(P<0.05)。结论围术期舒适护理能够明显减少老年食管癌患者术后并发症的发生,促进患者术后的快速康复,提高患者对护理服务满意度,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the effect of peri-operative comfortable nursing on the postopera- tive complications and nursing satisfaction degree for elderly patients with esophageal cancer. Methods The 98 patients with elderly esophageal cancer in Central Hospital of Baoji City during the period from June 2010 to June 2014 were randomized into the control group （ peri-operative routine nursing） and the observa- tion group （peri-operative comfortable nursing） according to the random number, and 49 patients in each group. The postoperative recovery, the incidence of postoperative complications and nursing satisfaction degree in the two groups were observed and compared. Results Compared with the control group, the postoperative meal time, drainage tube intubation time and hospitalization time were significantly decreased in the observa- tion group （ P 〈 0. 05 ） ; The incidence of postoperative complications was significantly reduced in the observa- tion group （ P 〈 0. 05 ） ; The nursing satisfaction degree was obviously increased in the observation group （ P 〈 O. 05 ）. Conclusions The peri-operative comfortable nursing can significantly reduce the incidence of postoperative complications for elderly patients with esophageal cancer, promote the rapid recovery after op- eration, improve the patients＇ satisfaction degree for nursing service, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
