秃杉不同家系种子品质及1年生苗木生长变异分析

摘　　要：对90余个秃杉家系种子品质及1年生苗木生长的观测分析表明:秃杉家系种子千粒重平均为1.342 g,变异呈连续的数量性状,近似于对数正态分布曲线;家系的场圃发芽率平均为10.56%,变异呈连续的数量性状,近似于泊松分布曲线;千粒重、场圃发芽率和苗高间呈正相关关系,而千粒重、场圃发芽率与地径相关不密切;1年生苗高和地径在家系间和家系内差异均显著或极显著,而在种源间则苗高差异极显著、地径差异不显著,苗高和地径均大于对照的有19个家系。By analysising the seed quality and seedling growth data from more than 90 different family of Taiwania flousiana, the result showed that ： （ 1 ） The average weight of 1 000 seed was 1. 342 g and the distribution of 1 000 seed weight among different family fitted the Normal distribution; （2） The average germination rate was 10. 56 % and had a distribution approximation to Poisson distribution among different family; （3） 1 000 seed weight and germination rate both have a positive correlation with seedling height, but didn＇ t related to ground diameter of seedling; （4） The variation of the seedling height and ground diameter of one-year-old seedling among different families both reached a significant to extremely significant level ; （5） The variation of seedling height reached sig- nificant level and ground diameter of seedling didn＇ t reach significant level among different provenances. Moreo- ver, seedling height and ground diameter of one-year-old seedling were both higher than CK in 19 families.
