摘 要:目的探讨尿沉渣分析仪、尿干化学分析仪、涂片显微镜检测三种方式测试尿红白细胞的临床效果。方法本次研究选取2010-01-2013-12间在我院门诊和住院治疗的患者尿液样本200例作为研究样本,均使用一次性尿杯收集尿液45 m L,分别使用尿沉渣分析仪、尿干化学分析仪、显微镜涂片检测。结果尿沉渣分析仪检测红细胞的灵敏度为90.9%,特异度为97.8%,检测白细胞的灵敏度为93.8%,特异度为95.8%;尿干化学分析仪检测红细胞的灵敏度为95.5%,特异度为97.2%,检测白细胞的灵敏度为91.2%,特异度为95.2%。结论尿沉渣分析仪、尿干化学分析仪与显微镜联合使用,能够有效地提高检测的精准度。Objective To discuss the urine sediment analyzer,urine dry chemistry analyzer,image microscope detection test in the clinical effect of urinary red cells. Methods Selecting 200 patients in the hospital from January,2010 to December,2010 under the outpatient treatment and hospitalization as the research samples,using disposable urine cup to collect 45 m L urine,and respectively using urine dry chemistry smear tests,routine urine microscopy testing instrument and microscope. Results Sensitivity and particularity of urinary sediment examination of red blood cells were 90. 9% and 97. 8%,and the sensitivity and the particularity of white blood cells were 93. 8% and95. 8%; the sensitivity and particularity of detecting red blood cells through urine dry chemistry analyzer was 95. 5% and 97. 2%,and the sensitivity and particularity of white blood cells was 91. 2% and 95. 2%. Conclusion Urinary sediment analyzer,urine dry chemistry analyzer combined with microscope can effectively improve the accuracy of detection.
