人力资本理论与商务英语人才培养策略研究

摘　　要：商务英语作为商贸活动中使用的语言具有人力资本属性。文章立足于商务英语人力资本属性的四个方面,探讨了其对商务英语人才培养的启示并提出了商务英语人才培养的策略。Business English, the language used in business activities, has the features of human capital.This article explore the training strategies of business English talents based on the four qualities of human capital theory：（1） The ability of business English can be acquired by education;（2） Investment to business English can be analyzed in the respective of its cost and benefit;（ 3 ） Business English bears the properties of produc-tion;（4） Business English can promote productivity.Based on the discussion and exploration, this article puts forward a list of strategies on training business English talents.
