摘　　要：开放式创新环境下支持企业创新的知识具有来源多样性、异质互补性、流动开放性、管理复杂性等显著特征,为了获取开放式创新过程中需要的各类知识,建设功能完善的知识保障体系至关重要。开放式创新过程中需要的知识主要来源于创新主体内部和外部的市场利益相关者及知识联盟,故知识保障体系应从内外两个方面构建。考虑开放式创新的特点,文中由外而内构建了企业外部知识保障体系和内部知识保障体系,外部知识保障体系利用网络技术通过Internet、Extranet和Intranet三个层次来构建。内部知识保障体系从三个层面来构建,分别是以知识人才为核心的企业软环境、满足创新需求的内部网络知识服务平台和提供创新决策支持的知识资源整合层。The knowledge of supporting enterprise innovation under the open innovation environment has the obvious characteristics of source diversity, heterogeneity, open flow and management complexity. Therefore, it is particularly important to construct the knowledge security system with perfect function in order to obtain all kinds of knowledge in the open innovation pro- cess. The knowledge of supporting enterprise innovation comes mainly from the market stakeholders inside and outside inno- vative subjects and knowledge alliance. So it needs to construct the security system from two aspects of internal knowledge and external knowledge. Considering the characteristics of open innovation, the paper tries to construct the enterprise exter- nal knowledge security system and internal knowledge security system from the outside to the inside. The external knowl- edge security system is constructed by using network technology through the three levels of Internet, Extranet and Intranet. The internal knowledge security system is constructed from three aspects, i.e., enterprise soft environment which takes tal ents as its core, the internal network knowledge service platform which can meet the innovation demand and the knowledge resource integration layer which can provide the innovative decision support.
