胸腔镜钛镍合金爪形肋骨板治疗多发肋骨骨折合并血气胸的疗效

摘　　要：目的：探讨胸腔镜钛镍合金爪形肋骨板治疗多发肋骨骨折合并血气胸的疗效。方法总结2007－03至2013－12收治的24例多发肋骨骨折合并血气胸行电视胸腔镜钛镍合金爪形肋骨板内固定术患者的临床资料，评价其临床效果。结果24例多发肋骨骨折合并血气胸的患者均治愈。全部患者均在术后24～48 h下床活动，无一例并发切口感染、胸腔感染及深静脉血栓。结论电视胸腔镜钛镍合金爪形肋骨板内固定术治疗多发肋骨骨折合并血气胸是一种安全、有效的方法，值得推广。Objective To study the application effect of internal fixation aided by videoassisted thoracoscope with Ti-Ni alloy claw-like rib bone plate in treating multiple fractured ribs combined with hemopneumothorax.Methods A total of 24 patients of multi-ple fractured ribs accompanied by hemopneumothorax were analyzed to evaluate the clinical effect,who had internal fixation aided by video-assisted thoracoscope with Ti-Ni alloy clawlike rib bone plate from March 2007 to October 2013.Results All 24 patients were cured.Conclusions The operation of internal fixation aided by video-assisted thoracoscope with Ti-Ni alloy claw-like rib bone plate is a safe and effective treatment for patients with multiple fractured ribs combined with hemopneumothorax.It is worth promoting for clini-cians.
