摘 要:为了寻求选粉机的风量和转速的最佳匹配,改善选粉机的分级效果,以SLK5500型选粉机分选水泥生料为基础,提出一种选粉机分级效果的评价方法;采用正交实验设计,研究风量和转速对成品率和80μm筛余值影响的主次关系。结果表明:选粉机的最佳匹配方案是风量为6 000 m3/min,转速为55 r/min;该方案在生产调试中得到成功应用,SLK5500型选粉机的分级效果有所改善,在保证80μm筛余质量分数小于15%的情况下,成品率从52.6%增大为66.4%。To seek out the best match of air flow and rotor speed of a classifier and improve the classification effect of the classifier, an evaluation method of classification effect about the classifier was proposed with SLK5500 classifier classifying cement raw meals as the basis, By designing orthogonal experiments, the primary and secondary relationship of air flow and rotor speed on the yield and 80 μm residual value was studied. The results show that the best match scheme of the classifier is obtained as the air flow of 6 000 m3/min and the rotor speed of 55 r/min. The scheme is successfully applied in production debugging. The classification effect of SLK5500 classifier is improved. The yield is increased from 52.6% to 66.4% at the condition of 80 μm residual mass fraction less than 15%.
