帕罗西汀联合激素治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病伴抑郁症60例临床分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨帕罗西汀联合激素治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)伴抑郁症的临床效果。方法:60例慢性阻塞性肺疾病伴抑郁症患者,随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用常规对症支持治疗,观察组在常规治疗的基础上加用帕罗西汀联合激素治疗。比较两组治疗前后抑郁改善情况,主要临床症状改善情况。结果:观察组与对照组治疗前HAMD评分差异无显著性,观察组治疗后HAMD评分显著优于对照组,观察组与对照组治疗前呼吸频率、FEV1、PaCO2、PaO2无显著性差异,观察组治疗后呼吸频率、PaCO2、PaO2显著优于对照组,观察组与对照组治疗前CAT评分无显著性差异,观察组治疗后CAT评分显著优于对照组。结论:对COPD合并抑郁症患者在常规治疗的基础上加用帕罗西汀联合激素治疗,临床症状改善显著,生活质量提高明显。Objective： To study the clinical effect of the paroxetine combined hormone in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and depression.Methods：60 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with depression were randomly divided into control group and observation group.The control group using conventional support treatment, observation group on the basis of conventional treatment combined with paroxetine combined hormone therapy.Compare depression before and after treatment in both groups,major clinical symptoms improve the situation.Results：Observation group and control group there was no significant difference HAMD score before treatment,observation group HAMD scores was significantly better than control group after treatment,the observation group and control group before treatment of respiratory frequency, FEVl and PaCO2,PaO2,there was no significant difference observed group after treatment respiratory frequeney, PaCO2,PaO2 significantly better than control group,the observation group and control group in the CAT score before treatment there was no significant difference,observation group CAT score significantly better than control group after treatment.Conclusion： On the basis of routine combined with paroxetine combined hormone therapy in patients with COPD merge depression,clinical symptoms improved significantly,living quality improved.
